
Healthy Waffles, No Flour

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup cottage cheese (reduced sodium)
- 1 tbsp granulated sweetener (stevia or monkfruit)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat waffle maker
- Combine all ingredients in a blender & mix until smooth
- Pour into waffle maker & cook according to instructions for your maker

Notes
You may want to add a pinch of salt if you use cottage cheese with no added salt. I like to use the no salt or reduced salt because it tends to be very high in sodium. You can add some protein powder, nuts or dried fruit before you cook them. Waffles are fun. You can do so many different things with them & at our house, they're not just for breakfast! -Connie
