Healthy & Tangy Salad Dressing
So much healthier than most bottled dressing & has a big bold flavor!
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp mustard, any type
- Combine all ingredients in a covered bottle & shake, or mix with whisk in small bowl.
- Refrigerate any leftovers

This recipe is easy to double or triple to make more & it stores well in fridge. Olive oil may solidify a bit, but give it a good shake or stir & it will be fine. I have made this with different flavored balsamic vinegars & it's a nice variation.
